Circling the Drain: Forced Population Reduction (continued)
by AL MARTIN (AL MARTIN RAW.COM)
The bears who keep trying to short the markets, particularly the equity markets, and keep getting burned, underestimate governments' ability to keep circling the drain.
Will it end well? Ultimately it's not going to end well -- and governments know it's not going to end well. But what is the strategy now? The strategy is to kick that can down the road for as long as possible in order to buy governments time to prepare for what lies at the end of this road -- when the can can no longer be kicked. And when there is no more road left. Then what happens? An uncontrollable cascading global economic collapse -- the inevitable end result.
Therefore the best thing that can be done now is a delaying action to prevent that from happening as long as possible, in order to give governments time to respond and to build a mechanism to handle a global economic collapse.
This would be a financial mechanism as well as a mechanism for internal control because suddenly in the industrialized world youve got 200 million more useless eaters than you had before. Then something has to be done to eliminate those 200 million more useless eaters. You can't warehouse them because the gulag solution will not work now. You see that the Obama Regime has abandoned this idea that FEMA had pushed under the Bush Regime of housing the economically unproductive on agricultural productive land. I would consider this to be an onerous sign.
The CILF project (Civilian Inmate Labor Facilities) which had been transferred from the Army to FEMA has been downgraded. There are no more CILFs being constructed. The idea of housing the economically unproductive on productive federal land has also been abandoned. There has been no effort to increase military control internally within the United States or within Europe.
Nor has there been any effort to modernize or at least repair infrastructure or to establish increased medical services. All those plans that existed in 2004-2005 have now been abandoned which means that governments have already figured out some other more final solution to handle the economically unproductive.
Will it be a virus or something else? Who knows? But there have always been contingency plans since the 1970s. That's the reason why neutron weapons were first developed and the reason why the technology to produce VX gas heavier than air was made. That way it could be more controllable.
In fact, as we've written before, South Africa was one of the very first countries in 1975 to sign on, when the United States sponsored a secret accord called the Forced Population Reduction Program. That's how they ended up with advanced thermonuclear technology from the United States which was then sold to them by Israel.
At the time South Africa created the so-called homeland states under the Botha Regime was to put all of the economically unproductive blacks in reasonably small areas, so that low-yield neutron weapons could be used that had what's called a high density killing ratio, which would effectively leave buildings intact. Thats what neutron weapons were designed to do. They could reduce 1 million blocs of useless eaters.
The United States plan is essentially the same -- to target low economically unproductive cities. Cities are the obvious targets for these weapons. Now they have advanced gas technology to the point where the gas weapons would be far more effective with far less collateral damage and far less environmental damage. Therefore I think that heavier than air gas weapons would be used in a forced population reduction program.
However for this program to be effective, targeted areas would have to be high population density with economically unproductive people, meaning mostly midwestern and northeastern cities in the United States. Doomsday Preppers, watch out...
