(10-17-11) Billionaire and failed Tiger hedge fund manager Julian Robertson must have had more important things to do than appear in the US Appellate Court in Manhattan.
Fot the second time in two years, Julian Robertson failed to appear in court for oral argument regarding his frivolous lawsuit against Conspiracy Planet, Al Martin Raw, columnist Al Martin and publisher Uri Dowbenko.
Maybe the errant billionaire Julian Robertson was too busy drinking wine in his winery and playing golf at his golf resort in New Zealand...
At any rate, the following is the text of oral argument by Uri Dowbenko, who was the appellant in this case.
The three-judge panel has taken the matter under advisement.
Julian Robertson v. Uri Dowbenko
# 10-2810
ORAL ARGUMENT
by Uri Dowbenko
I would like to point out some of the misunderstandings by the lower court as well as the failure of the lower court to follow the federal rules of civil procedure -- ignoring defendants' motions, especially regarding venue, compelling discovery and a mental examination of the elderly plaintiff -- if only because the plaintiff Julian Robertson has spent an estimated half million dollars in this frivolous case.
